Bevan Rees
Exercise Physiologist
Bevan is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed his Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2023 and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2025 at Federation University in Ballarat. He is passionate about helping individuals improve their health, movement, and overall quality of life through personalised, evidence-based exercise programs. Bevan believes exercise should be accessible, purposeful, and tailored to each individual, using detailed assessments and individualised exercise prescription to support meaningful improvements in physical health, functional capacity, and overall wellbeing.
Alongside his work as an Exercise Physiologist, Bevan is actively involved in the local community through sport and coaching. He is particularly engaged with Trainor Taekwondo, where he enjoys helping individuals build confidence, resilience, and physical capability through movement. He has a strong interest in supporting individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic health conditions, and those aiming to improve strength, mobility, and general fitness, and is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities develop sustainable exercise habits that benefit both physical and mental health.
